    Alerts will display the following information:

    • Account Name – this would be the apartment or room number of the resident.
    • Type of Alert – normal, emergency, acknowledgement, cancel
    • Name of Alert – the device that has been activated (Pull Cord, Pendant, Motion, etc.)
    • Duration of the Alert

    This information can be adjusted depending on each site’s specific needs or desires.

    Each implementation is custom and has its own timeline. Our team will provide a timeline during your assessment of 4Call. The timeline varies from one to four months, based on your needs and customization requirements. 

    We work side by side with our partner, ELDR, to provide support before, during, and after installation. They are the point of contact for our customers and we work directly with them to provide updates and improvements to 4Call.

    We make it a priority to provide flexible payment options no matter the size or budget of your community.
